Job description
- You ensure top-notch service for our UK market by managing orders from A to Z, including production tracking, shipping, and after-sales support.
- You create basic print previews and coordinate with clients.
- You maintain friendly and professional customer communication via email, webshop, phone or social media.
Profile
- You enjoy engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
- Native British English speaker with a good understanding of Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn.
- You thrive under tight deadlines and fast-paced work.
- A true team player, adaptable to new environments.
- Proficient in PC and social media; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or graphic software is an advantage.
- Willing to work daily from our headquarters in Retie, Belgium.
