Awareness Ribbons

Awareness ribbons are often used as a symbol to express solidarity towards a cause or charity. Besides the well-known pink ribbons, which are mostly used for breast cancer awareness, there are many other ribbons in all sorts of colours. The symbolic value of these charity ribbons depends on the colour and the pattern that are used. These ribbons are also used for fundraising, in memory of a loved one, or as support for a particular event.
